Step 2: Configure Participants

After adding your documents to the document packet you can now setup the document Participants. These would be any one needing to sign or approve the document including your self. 
To add a participant simply click the +Add Participant button.
If you need to sign the document as the agent click the button marked You Need to Sign
The document will be sent out in the order it was configured from top to bottom. If you would like the document to come to your self first as the agent to sign please add your self as the first participant or change the order of signing by clicking the green arrow next to the participant information.

If your participant(s) are going to sign In Person (Pro Feature), check the "In Person Signer" box. Please see the In-Person Signing article for more information.

For advanced options, click the + Advanced link to open the Advanced sidebar. Here you can create a reusable form (Pro Feature) (see the Reusable Forms article) or add more pages to this document.


To add more pages to the current document, click the Upload File button and select a file from your computer. All the pages in that file will be added to the end of the current document.

Once participants are added click the "Next" button to continue to "Field Placement".
