There are two common issues that can arise when logging into an account that can prevent you from doing so successfully. First, make sure you're doing the below two things when logging in:
- Make sure you're logging in via the following link: https://my.insuresign.com/
- Ensure you're typing in your email address in all lower-case letters when logging in.
If you were recently on a trial account and you find yourself unable to log in successfully using the above steps, it's very likely that your trial has ended, which also resulted in the deactivation of your access.
