Adding Text to a Document

When creating a document you may need to add some additional text for your recipient. This can be completed by setting yourself as the first participant and assigning text fields to yourself to complete during your signing process. 



Once this is completed you can add your recipient as normal and proceed to the Field Placement Step.  At this time you would assign all fields you need to sign as well as the areas where you would like the text to be added.  Once completed add your recipients fields and send out as you normally would. 



The Document will come to you as the agent first to complete your signing process as well as add your additional text.




Once you have completed your process the document will be sent to your recipient to complete and the additional text will be included on your document.
